The 312.5MHz LVPECL Oscillator is a high-frequency timing solution designed for next-generation high-speed serial communications. Achieving an industry-leading RMS Phase Jitter of 35fs (12kHz to 20MHz), it provides superior signal integrity for 100G/400G networking systems. Housed in an ultra-miniature 2016 SMD package (2.0 x 1.6 mm) and supporting an extended temperature range up to +105°C, it is optimized for high-density optical modules and high-performance computing.
