The XTALSF-1010-3000M-1.3-A1 is a 3GHz bandpass filter die based on advanced FBAR technology. Designed for highly integrated RF front-end modules, this ultra-compact 1.0x1.0mm chip ensures high-fidelity signal transmission with superior frequency selectivity, ideal for 5G, satellite communications, and microwave RF applications.
